Dr Elder accepts instruction in for the pursuer and the defender in cases of medical negligence. Reports can be prepared for most timescales, and estimation of fees provided upon request.

Dr Elder also prepares reports on personal injury cases within his area of expertise as a Consultant Cardiologist in a tertiary cardiology centre, caring for patients with general cardiology conditions and heart rhythm disorders.
Prognosis
Dr Elder also has experience in producing prognosis reports, which are often requested in civil claims, where the claimants condition is primary a cardiological complaint.
